pros and cons of radiology?

id like to hear comments about the pros and cons of specializing in radiology? (please try to mention lifetstlye, income, numbers of hours worked per week, on-call hours, level of satisfaction, etc. if possible.) thanks for your input. also, is there any significant health risk associated with this field (i.e overexposure to radiation?)

Look at their specialty profiles. The only question you have not answered is re. radiation exposure. Radiologists protect themselves from exposure, and with current technology it is less than background (what you get from being alive and walking on this earth). Job satisfaction tends to be high.
