On DRE felt a nodule involving <1/2 of right lobe of prostate. On biopsy, both lobes were positive. T2a or T2c? Thanks

it may be odd but biopsy results have no impact really on clinical staging.
 
as XRT mentioned, it's clinical T stage, not pathologic T stage. cheers!
 
Would evidence of b/l disease on ultrasound or MR imaging in this scenario change staging?
