Why Pros? What's their residencies like? How competitive is it? What's Pros like in private practice vs. government clinics?

Prosth is the hidden jewel of dental specialties. They are basically taking over the implant business. Big money to be had and great increase in employment. Most dental students just don't realize it yet, because over saturated specialties like ortho still tend to dominate. Private practice is just like any other specialty. If you are good with your hands and did well in fixed and removable, I would check it out.
