In the PS, how is it taken if all the experiences drawing from only one activity? More specifically, this activity is full-time clinical employment, which is listed as one of my most meaningful. I see that most PS'es draw from a few activities. Is it bad if it is coming mostly from one?

My personal statement is drawn largely from a single experience (clinical employment), because I didn’t have very many medicine-related experiences in college. I tried as much as possible to encompass varied anecdotes from within the larger experience. I also touch on a few other activities that I participated in during college, but these are brief. I’ve mostly gotten positive feedback, although one person (attending physician/premed advisor) did express a little concern. Once I explained myself, she agreed that I made the right choice. Make the right decision for yourself. If this will be your strongest possible personal statement, then go for it.
