In a perfect world it should be a page, but..............
I am applying for a second residency and I transferred programs (first program had big changes our pd quit and I worked 128 hours some weeks and 11o hours a week many weeks) and there was no clear direction as to where the residency was headed or if it would even stay open, so I contacted a program I previously applied to and asked to transfer and it was only after I was accepted and signed a contract that they got a new PD (like 6 months after the original PD quit) that there seemed to be hope for the program which now fortunately for the residents seems to be a good program. So, I have a lot to explain. Would a page and a half or even 2 pages be ok?
I plan to practice both psych and fp separately
I realize I can discuss all this in the interview, I just don't these to be red flags that prevent me from getting an interview.
