Hi y'all!
I'm a former engineering major now working in wilderness therapy and looking to apply to clinical PhD programs this coming fall. I'll be taking the Psych GRE in about a month, and have been working hard to study as efficiently as possible (especially since much of the material has been new to me). So far, I've been focusing on the Kaplan and Princeton Review books for basic concepts and names of psychologists (and practice tests), listening to introductory psych course lectures, reading an introductory psych textbook, and finding practice tests for once I have this information generally organized in my head. My general goal has been to get similar information from a variety of sources to increase my understanding and retention, as well as more purposeful studying with flashcards I'm making from the review books.
Anything else you think I'm missing? Or any specific resources you would recommend? I'd love to do well enough (80th+ percentile) that I only have to take this once, and spend the rest of my summer/fall crafting the rest of my application.
Thanks!
