Which one is better?

The Lange Q&A is very useful. The questions aren't reflective of shelf questions, but the information they test you on and the info in the answer explanations will show up on the exam. There is one bad chapter--the one having to do with types of psychotherapy, group therapy, etc.--none of that will be on the shelf. Pretest was very easy and straightforward, didn't really make me think while using it.

So if you were to only do one of them, which one would you pick?

I also liked Lange > PreTest. Neither really has questions like the questions on the shelf, but I felt that Lange was a better preparation. You also might consider buying a Kaplan Step 2 CK Qbook and running through the questions related to Psych, esp if you're at the begining for your year and can use it for the rest of your rotations as well.

Did you like Step 2 Qbook or Lange Q&A better for psych?

I think the Qbook questions were more representative of the real exam, but there are only like 50 or 100 psych questions in it, which is probably not enough for studying. Lange has like 1000 questions, which will help reinforce the concepts better, IMO.

I was told UW was good for psych as well. There are only 150 or so questions for it, but i've heard good stuff.
