I thought you meant a psychiatric patient jumping to his demise.
And psychotic likes my comment. Just like I thought he would.

No, although trans-cranial magnetic stimulation and DC stimulation are fascinating.
Thanks for the interesting link; I also love your display picture, one of my favorite films.
The context was "a Jumper to the back of the head" specifically the crown.
I'm assuming it's something similar to tcDCs but with a psychological/pharmacological actuation.
And psychotic likes my comment. Just like I thought he would.

and I like your supposition 🙂
Is there anyone that can explain the 'Psychiatric Jumper' to me?
As I have only heard it in context I am not familiar with the terminology or process.
Less effective than the physchiaric romper, but preferable to the shirt-dress.
Is it like doctor shopping?
Here is a another version of a psychiatric jumper. 😉

Yeah... I kinda feel like that guy's getting murdered, maybe.
this is not a thing. no one has heard of it.Is there anyone that can explain the 'Psychiatric Jumper' to me?

It's a jumper asin a 'Jumper switch' you'd use in electrical engineering.
Although it's in the context of a psychological process; Opening up a certain path within their mental body and then "jumping" something together. I don't have the medical name for the procedure, it was something I observed while at work, but there's reference to it in "psychology and Alchemy" by C Jung.

"jumping" their spirit (qi energy) out of them
So, like, reiki in reverse?

I must've missed the day we had our lecture on the mental body and qi energy.

Yes, the doctors performing this are highly knowledgeable of Reiki.
True Reiki, also they speak a lot about 'kundalini energy', the kind that takes place within the unified field of The Torus, not the nonsense version.

Well, as long as it's legit

It's more widely taught in eastern medicine.
Western medicine doesn't widely recognise bioelectric energy yet, although it is recognised. Just not the sort of thing at the forefront of peoples medical knowledge.
Sort of how Florence Nightingale would put her two fingers on the Adductor Pollicis in the hand to feel what was wrong with people.
That's the standard practice for a doctor in China, for example, but lost fashion in the 60's over here.
That and looking at the tongue for discolorations on certain areas (to quickly asses toxicity build-ups).

How would you define legit?
Do you believe in Reiki and that it works?
So if that is the case, why are you asking western educated psychiatrists to weigh in on it? Why not go to a Chinese Traditional Medicine forum?

Reiki is Japanese and Kundalini is Hindu.
Just sayin'.

How do the Atlantean dolphin masters figure in?

Because I mentioned a Chinese practice I think you think my OP was refering to a Chinese practice? So if that is the case, why are you asking western educated psychiatrists to weigh in on it? Why not go to a Chinese Traditional Medicine forum?

Fair enough. But this has no relevance to the modern field of psychiatry.
Like someone said. It's not a Thing.

I think maybe because you're accessing the thread on your phone you're confusing other people's posts with things I'm saying.
JKinSC asked if it was like Reiki in reverse.
Japan doesn't really come into the topic per se
Brutal comment re: Dolphins btw ; This Lioness has claws...

It's not the sort of thing they openly teach in every medical school but it IS a thing.
I've witnessed it being performed by an Otorhinolaryngologist and a Psychiatrist, it's definitely a thing.
Reiki is a Japanese discipline. It has a context which is inherently Japanese.
Kundalini is an inherently Hindu concept. The energy at the base of the spine that can be accessed through certain yogic practices.
Hence reiki and kundalini have absolutely nothing to do with each other.

Sorry, not even remotely. Though, it would appear, by your further posts that you might?

It is taught in no medical school.
And quite frankly the idea of shaming someone until their will breaks is grossly unethical.

Reiki and Kundalini don't have a direct connection, what's your point?
They both take place within the Unified Field
So wait, Kundalini energy, which is situated at the base chakra of the lower portion of the spine, somehow manages to shoot out the top of the crown chakra? In other words these people are talking out their ar5es, literally? 🙄
Yes the Kundalini energy starts at the Perineum, and flows up the spinal column through the Ida and Pingala I believe.
This then makes its way through the Endocrine system and up through the Medulla into the Pineal gland and then flows out the crown - which then in turn flows back down to the ground in a Willow-tree shape of fashion. It then re-enters the feet where some disapates back into the ground, the rest flows up towards the Perineum.
I don't disagree. It took place to the sound of this song:
The words of the song along with the pattern of the music is aimed at closing off certain parts of the persons mind after their will has been shamed out of them,
This song then "cooks" the spirit out of them at the point where the line goes ("let it go" "you're gonna jump, we're gonna catch you") releasing the spirit at "cook yourself something".
Ooh, don't tell me, and then the person hops into a cauldron and starts jumping up and down whilst reciting the Bagahi rune.

Okay, now I'm sure you're just trolling
There tends to be two schools of practitioners:
Ones that don't believe this sort of thing is possible
and Ones that know this sort of thing is possible
put it this way: the latter are normally the type to take advantage of the Mesmer effect to get an upgrade on their flight, if you know what I mean...

Why?
Are you saying I am wrong about the kundalini energy process?
That was how it was taught to me...

So in other words this is just a stock standard tree of life meditation and you've decided to heap a mount of bull**** on top of it. Okey dokey then. 🙄

You forgot the third group - people like me who have actually studied occult traditions for more than 20 years and can smell a bunch of IRAB/IRAW (I read a book/I read a website) baulderdash a mile away. 😉

You can read as much as you want on the Occult, I've never read anywhere in the world in print or on the internet what I have seen in person. (if you are trying to convince me you're a master of the 33 holy chambers you're very much failing, darling)
At the risk of getting off topic, What disciplines of the Occult have you been studying?
I'm not meaning to be rude - I ask because If you have studied Kundalini for 20 years and now are try to tell me the Cauda Equina, the two Nadis, and the 72,000 astral conduits that flow through the body and nourish the Chakras with Prana don't exist you've maybe wasted your time.....

Somebody wake me up when you've managed to figure out what the f**k this has to do with Psychiatry.
😴😴😴
If you listened to the song you'd know...
By the way, Neovolve, I've placed you on ignore seeing as I have no intention of engaging any further with an obvious troll. Don't attempt to private message me again either, what I have or haven't studied occult wise is none of your business seeing as it appears you're just here to make a mockery of things.

Little do you realize that psych residents save money on textbooks by just ordering the collected works of Scott Cunningham.

Well I'm sorry if you took offense. I'm not here to make a mockery, I'm trying to engage in educating myself further about something I've witnessed first hand, and actually have a strong ethical obligation to report. Yet have no idea how to do so since technically what I've witnessed isn't possible.
The fact your trying to label me a troll and have this discussion thrown out as nonsense isn't helping my investigation I might add...

So once you've finished residency does that mean you get a free Gerald Gardner upgrade, do they throw in the complete works of Doreen Valiente as a bonus? 😛
