Hi, I completed residency almost a year ago and am currently working private practice part-time in nyc. I have a heavy case load and would benefit from having supervision for med management and some therapy. Any resources any knows of where there may be MD supervision on a weekly basis for 1-2 hours?

Typically program directors have a list of people who are interested in supervising recent graduates.

Yes, or ask colleagues for recommendations. Typically supervisors charge for their time once you're out of residency. An alternative is to have a "consultation group," which is more horizontal in the power structure.
