I think you're underestimating your chances. That 252 is a golden ticket. Australia doesn't have the stigma of the Caribbean, if that's what you're thinking.

And how did you interview? Poor clinicals or LoRs? USMG with 250+/250+ seems like a slam-dunk, but "softer" features like interpersonal skills matter a lot in family medicine.
