I've been fretting over the decision for about two months now, and I've finally picked out my sophomore classes (I'll just list the first semester):

Organic Chemistry I
Physiology I
Mind & Brain
Introduction to Social Behavior
Introduction to Philosophy

Last year I took Biology I & II, Calculus I & II, Chemistry I & II, English I & II and Physics I & II, and I managed a good gpa. However, I've never taken psychology, and I'm not sure how to prepare for it or do well (I've never even taken a psychology class before).

Could someone please give me some recommendations on how to enjoy and survive psychology, and hopefully tips on how to do well?

You took all those classes last year, got a good gpa, and now your scared of psychology. 😕

As long as you have a pulse, you'll be fine in that class.

Psychology was such a breese, it's a nice addition to a hard schedule. All that I remember from psychology is that dog's like to salivate alot and, at one point, I wanted to kill my dad so I could have sex with my mom.

I had a really cool intro psych professor and really liked the class.

You probably don't even have to do that. Just read the text, depending on who your Prof is and what his/her teaching style is.

And one bit of advice... Play harder, worry less 👍
