Does anyone else find it a little concerning that the military is offering HPSP for veterinarians and not for PTs? Im not trying to disvalue the importance of having veterinarians in the military, military working dogs deserve the best care they can get but shouldnt our wounded soldiers/sailors/airmen deserve the same opportunity? I find it sad that the only military scholarship available for PT school right now is the Army Baylor program, which is a great opportunity, but you are talking about 20 slots a year to take care of how many wounded soldiers/sailors/airmen coming back from Iraq and Afghanistan that genuinely need access to physical therapy?
