pt have hypertension and dm but he/she taking medication for these disease.

• if he/she need to extraction of tooth then which type LA v use?

LAwith adrenalin

LA without adrenalin

• if same pt which is most risk condition for during extraction ?
• after extraction?

In such situations it is always safer to use LA without adrenalin
and complications during extraction are
excess of bleeding that is more than normal bleeding
and post extraction delayed healing of socket
infections could occur as due to diabetes oral cavity has more microorganisms so always blood sugar should be controlled

And during extraction the major risk factor is hypertension ,as the blood is continuously oozing and uncontrollable,it also creates visibility problems....

And post extraction the risk factor is DM.
It causes dry socket.....
