When you arrive at ODS is there a basic pt test that you need to pass? Does anyone know the basic requirements? Do they change with age, weight and sex?

I found the the requirements for being enlisted, but are we held up to that standard?

You will take 2 PT tests during ODS, at least we did. There is no difference as far as the standards are concerned between enlisted and officers. The standards only change with age, regardless of height and weight.

There is though a difference between male and female standards as shown in the link in the previous post to mine.

So how do the scores work? Lets just say that I am a horrible runner. So do they average everything or if you fail one part you fail the entire PRT. I am a 26 year old female...can do 90 curlups (I call them situps), 45 pushups and run at 16 minutes. So would I fail the PRT since my run time is probationary? Please help....

You can, also, swim or do "elliptical dealy"...

However, in any kind of training environment such as bootcamp, OCS, OIS, et cetera--it's just running.
