Okay so I am just about done entering my transcripts into PTCAS but I have two questions. Should I submit to have my Transcripts verified by PTCAS if they still haven't received one? Also, if I submit my transcripts for verification will I still be able to work on the rest of my application like the program materials and I am waiting on one last reference.

I don't understand your first question.
But your second one, yes. Verifying is matching what you entered to unofficial transcripts. You still still be able to make changes to other parts of the application.

PTCAS has only received 1/3 transcripts, I have 2/3 and the last one will be here today which I will enter in tonight. My question is that after I enter all my transcripts into PTCAS should I go ahead and submit to have them verify my transcripts even if they do not have all of my transcripts
