Got mine in Saturday and passed.

Toughest test I have ever taken (at least I felt that way.)

Way to go. Congrats.

That was definitely a tough test.

There was a > 20% failure rate among the 385 people who took it, despite a minimum passing score of about 61% correct. I would be interested to see a distribution of scores fellows vs non-fellows, but doubt we will get that info.

it appears that for 2010, the 91st percentile was ~ 86% correct and 97th percentile was about 91% correct.

I knew I had some leeway, but I was sure sweating it a bit during the test because there were a bunch that I had to really think about.

I am horrible about recalling what was on tests and such, but I am trying to come up with some suggestions for future examinees. When I do, I will post them to this thread.

How about a recommended study reference/PTE study book? There are a few books out there, but some are >$100. I'm fine dropping that if it gets me a Pass, but I'd prefer not to thorw it away on a useless book.

Strong work. Jorg and the boys must be pleased with their pass rate since ACGME status has come into effect. Leaving town tomorrow.
