Public health career

Hi, I am looking for information regarding a career in public health. I am an IMG and have MD pediatric degree from India and am completing my pediatric residency in USA.I am thinking of applying for EIS fellowship and like to know more about it. My spouse is also a pediatrician and will be beginning fellowship coming july. How can I prepare for the fellowship and ?Is it only available in Atlanta.TIA
