I am looking for a public health program that targets the Asian population and hypertension. I have tried searching it on google. There are many results that come up, but none with results of the program. I need to find a program website that tells me the goal, setting, components, audience, evaluation, and results of the public health program. Where can I find this information?

Here's a site that has a list of schools, if you don't have it already. My only suggestion is to look through each individual school. It's a lot of work but that's how I'd do it.
