Check your state regulations on how public intoxication charges are classified. In many states it can be on par with a traffic violation in which case you could plead ignorance to a school given that few if any require you to list out traffic-type infractions.

How will this affect my chances of getting into Pharmacy school? This is the only thing on my record and this was 10 years ago. I'm currently a licensed foster parent , and mentor to others. I was young and stupid, but it seems this mistake will haunt me forever. 🙁

You'd be surprised what will pop up on a background check, but people will throw out because they won't care about it. This will likely apply to you.
