I'm not sure this is the place to ask about PR schools. They are not considered Caribbean schools and are in fact LCME accredited (though 1 is hanging by a slim thread). So you would not be an IMG coming out of these schools. From some peripheral knowledge of those schools - the stats are pretty typical for low tier US MD schools: 3.5 GPA, 30+ MCAT. I know that they have a larger range of stats for their applicants. I'm not sure what your background is, if you have a PR background or speak spanish fluently - but I know that they consider these items heavily.
