Basically, that is exactly what I needed to hear so thank you!

Do you happen to know anything about what our class schedule will look like? I looked at the schedule for Fall of 2012 but I don't know how much it changes from year to year....

To those of you who have been accepted to UPS - have you had any other communication with the school? After being accepted and confirming my spot the only communication I have had is my financial aid award. Has anyone heard anything else?

I haven't even heard from them regarding financial aid... last I heard, they reminded me that my admission into the program is dependent on the completion of certain contingencies (such as completing a class or receiving a bachelor's). And I also received instructions on how to set up my student account. But that's it.

I wonder why I didn't receive any financial aid; I thought my application was pretty competitive. But I'm glad that I got accepted at least! 🙂

Did you complete a FAFSA? I believe you should have heard about what loans you are eligible to receive. I would contact the financial aid office if you haven't.

I just received an email from an admin assistant about some housing opportunities. In it she mentioned we should have received an advising letter already. The only thing I've received so far is my acceptance letter. Have you guys received an 'advising' letter?

I received the letter yesterday and I live in the Tacoma area already so there is a chance yours is still on the way!
I searched for the Facebook group as well but I couldn't find it either...

it's a closed group so you may be only able to view it if you have your pugetsound.edu e-mail registered to your facebook. try doing that first and then searching. and make sure you search for the group title exactly how she has it written in the e-mail! you will have to request to join and then the admin will approve you.
