Ugh, I just did and they said I can't change it. I basically have to wait for the official MCAT to be sent over and schools will see the official date I guess. I feel so silly lol

I don't think the programs will care much, once they see the official date of the score in your app.
When you go for interviews, and if you want, email the admissions ppl and tell them about this minor error.
