Just started integrating kaplan qbank into my daily routine, im liking it. A lot of people say its much harder than uworld, is that true? regardless, right now im working on timed mode, but are there any other tips of using qbanks you guys generally have? when to use timed, tutor mode, etc? I dont know much about using the banks so any help would be greatly appreciated. Ive also noticed getting questions right really helps your confidence, im sitting aorund 74% right now(good or bad?) I havent started uworld yet, thought i would try to use kaplan a bit first to get used to doing questions

1. Always use random timed mode (that's how it's gonna be on the real test so why not get used to it).
2. Use % only to track your progress (the more questions you get wrong now, the more you will learn)

74% is considered great on Kaplan QBank but see (2) above.

not doing random yet, will use kaplan qbank system wise, but will only use uworld random. Using kaplan qbank to just get me in the flow of things

If you in the learning phase (which seems you are) then I would do system based, tutor mode
For me, if I get a Q wrong, I cannot concentrate on the next Q unless I know why
Also when taking notes, doing one Q at a time makes for better notes rather than trying to do it for 25-50 Qs in one fell swoop

Once you get close to actually taking the exam, then you can start doing random, timed Qs but only if you have had trouble with exam time in the past
