Hi everyone,

I found a copy of an old (2001) Kaplan Step 2 Q-book in the trash at the medical library. I am just about to start studying for step II (way to start off the summer).

I have already been using secrets, B&W and currently have Brochert's Mock exam in the vault for the last 10 rainy days before the exam. Do you think I should just crack open the Mock exam for keeps and NOT use the Kaplan Q_book for practice. I have heard mixed reviews about it's quality, content and similarity to the actual exam and even the "Q-BANK" itself..........

So please tell me if you think the book belongs in the trash (where I originally found it) or if it is good enough for scribbling when Seinfeld is on re-runs.........

Yes, I know ultimately it's USMLE world, but I can't even afford gum nowadays.............

thanks for all your help fellow SDs!

O-G
