I just want to say that I am very disappointed at Kaplan Qbank's customer service. I tried to contact them for something about my account and I didn't receive a reply until almost a week later. And the reply was not even that useful...... Considering how much Kaplan charges us for the Qbank, I must say I am very disappointed.
On the contrary, I emailed USMLExchange.com last week and I received a reply in 2 hours!!! And I wasn't even a paying customer. It was great!!!
