Qbank USMLEworld vs. Kaplan

What's the difference (other than price) between Kaplan Qbank and USMLEworld Qbank? Is there any benefit to doing both?

I recommend doing both... although Kapan is considered to be much easier content wise, it is still highly recommended.. and USMLE World although new, has very high ratings amongst previous examinees as well... I have done USMLE World at least twice, and the questions and answers are really great.. there are educational objectives, and other sorts of cool learning tools... I would recommend that if time permits, its really in youre best interest, as far as learning more material, and practicing questions, to do both of them....

Does the USMLEWorld have a step 1 qbank... I checked the site but it was only for step 2 and 3...

not at the moment, its (USMLE World) for the CS exam, USMLE Step II and USMLE Step III, Kaplan is the best source by far for USMLE Step I as far as Qbanks are concerned.
