Qbank with a search function?

I've been using USMLE Rx for practice questions. For the most part, this has worked well for me. However, I don't like that I'm unable to search for questions on specific topics. What I mean is that I can't go on there and say show me all questions on/involving a specific disease process, bug etc.

Are there any qbanks that have a search function?
