Qbook 3rd edition / Qbook 2008 edition any difference?

Hello,

I have Kaplan Step 1 Qbook 3rd edition (August 2006). It is the latest edition you can buy at bookstores.

I was wondering if there is any difference between it and the 2008 Qbook that is only available as part of the lecture notes you get when you enroll in a Kaplan Step 1 course.
