For those who have already taken the DAT:

What QR practice is most similar to the actual test?

Destroyer? Kaplan subject tests? Kaplan blue book tests?
Achiever, Topscore?

It seems that the general trend is that even high scores on practice tests aren't indicative of DAT results (unless your brain is a calculator)... any advice other than to work through the problems like your life depended on it?

Thanks in advance!

I'd go with Achiever, maybe slightly tougher. Kaplan QR subject tests are wayyyyyyy over kill, as I went over them using calculator and was untimed and still I only got like 75% of them right.

I think pacing yourself is an really important issue. Like others have said, if you know you cannot finish it in a min, mark, guess and move on to the next one. On my QR sections at least, I found that difficult questions are mostly in the beginning, whereas the last 5- 10 questions were simple algebra. It makes me kinda feel like they KNOW that you are gonna run out of time so they purposely put all the easy ones at the end.

Hope it helps.
