Several of the schools on my list require 1 semester of statistics. I've taken two quarters of non-sequential stats, the first of a 200 level sequence and then a 300 level. I feel neurotic emailing schools to confirm this will fulfill their requirement, but also want reassurance that this is sufficient. Does anyone have any insight/experience with something similar? Should I email schools with this requirement to double check?

You are fine 2 quarters = 1.34 semester

It doesn't even matter though. The vast majority of schools are okay with 1 quarter if the requirement is 1 semester. It would be silly to reject an applicant for not having two quarters of Statistics or Biochemistry. Most schools understand that the curriculums at quarter schools are different.

Several require 1 semester of stats? Which schools are those? I’ve only seen recommended for stats, not required. You can also look at how many units they require. I took a 5 unit stats class in the quarter system which prob translates to a normal stats in semester
