Quesitons Questions Questions - Do I apply?

First - thanks for the help you guys are giving!!!

Second - How will I know if my COMLEX scores have been uploaded

Third - If I am a so-so applicant and going to get a strong Sub-I LOR in 2 weeks, should I apply now or wait for that letter?

Fourth - If these are rolling admissions like med school, why is it so important to apply early??

Fifth - I will have my LOR hopefully by the end of the week.

(I'm applying for Traditional Rotating Internship).

It's not rolling admissions -- there is a match at the end. Nobody gets in before everyone who interviews gets interviewed. However there are finite number of interview slots. Thus some places that download things early supposedly may be more generous with their interview offers at the beginning of the cycle than later. Not every place though.
