Hi there,

I'm trying to calculate my AMCAS GPAs, both cumulative and bio/chem/physics/math and was just wondering EXACTLY WHAT qualifies as BCPM?

Specifically, I need to know...

whether a "physiological psychology" class offered through the Psychology Dept counts as Bio?

and whether a statistics course counts as Math?

Thanks!

Here's the official list: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=552026 .

Stats is math.

Whether Physiological Psych counts or not as Biology will depend on the official course description. AMCAS may assume (often assumes) it is non-BCPM and you will have to contest it with documentation if it's important to you.
