The AAMC explanation is not helpful.
The one thing I do know is that there cannot be a decrease.
Where does the 3/2 come from?
Can someone please clarify this?

Let me see if this makes sense:

VR = 1 if that increases by 50% that means it's? 1.5 or 3/2

CO was doubled = 1 x 2 = 2

2
-----
3/2

= 4/3

Since 3/3 = 1 (that's normal not the doubling CO and increasing VR by 50%)

4/3 - 3/3 = 1/3 increase
