Question about 30D lens diameters...

Does the smaller diameter (31mm) 30D indirect lens allow easier access to small/undilated pupils when compared to the larger (43mm) lens or are they the same in terms of ease of use? 😕 Is the smaller one used still?

(I know the field of view is greater with the larger lens.)

I use my 28D lens all the time. It does allow easier viewing through a poorly dilating pupil than say 20D lens might, but it would be a "stretch" to say you can get a good view through "undilated" pupils. (Excuse the pun)
