I noticed most schools had a deadline of either late spring or summer. I am curious as to if these deadlines are for the Fall 08'? Also when can you start sending in applications for the Fall 09'? Thanks

Yes early spring or summer next year is the deadline for Fall 2008. 2009 application opens September 2008 if I am not mistaken.
