Two questions:
Can I submit my application to some schools now and then submit it to other school a couple days later once I do some more research?
I won't be changing my application.

Being an Econ Major, I don't have science aside from the basic Bio, Physics, Gen Chem and Orgo. I plan to take BioChem next semester as that seems to be a pretty common requirement.
If I apply to schools that require more, will they offer conditional acceptance as long as I finish the course. I.e. OHSU requires Anatomy as well as Physiology, I am willing to take these over the summer if need be. Is that possible?

Yup. You can go back and add schools after you submit. Just get them in before the deadlines.

You can complete remaining pre-reqs after while applying and after acceptance. The general rule is that they need to be completed before you actually start school. How they view the probability of completing them on time is up to the school. With Oregon, for example, they may view an applicant who has one or no remaining pre-reqs differently than someone who has several to complete. Some schools allow you to finish them the summer before. That I'd verify. If a school starts in July, the you could see the conflict there. Continuing with Oregon, biochem in spring is fine, but two semester if A&P over summer is going to be wild, but doable depending on when they start and if they're okay with it.
