question about applying and LOR

Hello all,
I'm currently rethinking my application to ER and switching to Obgyn. The only problem is that I have 3 ER letters, one peds and one ob. I could get the peds and ob letters rewritten, but what do I do about a third letter? Should I submit one of my ER letters? The earliest I could do another ob rotation would be Nov and that is too late! Any suggestions?

I really think you should have two OB letters. What about talking to the chairman of your department, or a program director for a letter?

I second this. Most places I applied to required a chairmans' letter anyway so just get one. Arrange a meeting with the chair if possible, explain your situation bring a copy of your CV and your personal statement for them to keep and request a letter.
