Question about attending the same school but during two different times

I took courses during high school at a cc. Then, during my first summer of college, I took another course. Do I create two different entries for the two different times I attended, or make one entry for the school? Thanks!

Will it be a single transcript? If so, typically you create 1 entry. However, with HS and College, I would create 2 as adcoms want to see "real" college separate from HS college

It is a single transcript. Could I make a note that the transcript covers both entries?
