question about CCS

okay maybe I'm missing something here, but how do you go about scheduling follow-up in the CCS? I always get to that point where it says "Five minutes left" and try to schedule follow-up, but no matter what order I try to type in (follow up, return, follow, visit, etc), nothing pops up. Do you have to schedule this earlier in the screen when you actually have access to the calendar? If so, that's ridiculous, because the case usually ends after you figure out the diagnosis/treat the patient (at least, it does in USMLE World...)
