Watched the first few while they were free a while ago and wrote this down:

.Odd z and n = radioactive = unstable nuceli.
.Z ≤ 20.
.Stable: N/Z ratio = 1.
.Unstable: N/Z > 1 .à. beta decay (electron emission) to stabilize.
.Unstable: N/Z < 1 .à. positron emission or electron capture to stabalize.
.N/Z ratio about = 1.6 for large Z.
.Z > 83 = Alpha decay most likely route of decay.

Don't really remember, Z is mass number and N is charge? I haven't seen any questions asking about this in my practice so I was wondering if anyone knows if we need to know this?

Z is the # of protons and N is the # of neutrons

You should have a good grasp on everything he talks about in every one of his videos. Keep in mind, his videos are a review, not a course...therefore he has already cut out some of the unimportant things. However I hear you need to look further into formulas, as he doesn't get too in depth in that area
