Hey everyone.
So little background:
I'm a Canadian citizen applying to US schools in this upcoming cycles. (Mostly private schools)

I attended two universities. One for my first and second year, and another one for my third and fourth(current)

My first year of university I was dealing with severe medical conditions and that reflected on my marks. I got my health in check and got my **** together starting the second year:
First year GPA: 2.0
Second year GPA: 3.7
Third year GPA: 3.92
Fourth year GPA: 3.85

This brings my cGPA = 3.27, Science Gpa = 3.45
After my first year, like you see, all my marks went up. I got low marks/failed a couple science courses in my first year, but after that, its all A+'s
i got straight A's for all prerequisite courses for most dental schools:

Organic Chemistry 95%
Physics 98%
English 88%
Physiology 89%
Biochem 96%
Microbiology 96%

I have 600+ Shadowing hours at 2 different clinics that serve underserved communities, no research, one dental mission abroad.
I'm starting a job soon at a dental clinic under the position of a "dental sterilization/floater"
I'm taking the DAT at the end of May. If I hypothetically get a 20-23, what are my chances to get in given the info above?
how can I improve my application?

1) be sure to list all colleges and universities attended as required in the aadsas application
2) depends on your DAT and school list, come back when you have a score, do not do anything other than do well in your current classes and study for the DAT, stay off SDN and grind...
