Question about DAT material

For those who recently took the DAT, did you have any questions regarding microscopes? And do we have to know the different lineages of protists (such as euglenozoa, rhodphyta, etc) and fungi(like chytrids, zygomyetes, etc) or I shouldnt waste my time memorizing them?

I got some questions on protists/fungi on topscore, not saying they might be on the real exam, so take it for what it's worth...
