I've a kind of obscure question that just crossed my mind.

Do DO SMP programs factor most recent retakes like the ACOMAS? Would retakes help for getting into one of them and is it even neccessary?

What sort of GPA/MCAT would I need to get into them? Vs MD SMPS?

I would think of the re-take thing as an AACOMAS thing, not a general masters thing. Remember that any SMP is still a masters program, so they'll probably look at what you have upfront.

I'm currently at AZCOM's SMP and their average stats for the 48 of us in the program were around 3.1 cGPA and 2.9 sGPA, so take that for what it is. Also, this is the first year for the 1 year program (they had a two year SMP for some time) so that might have something to do with it.

You'll have to ask/look around I suppose.
