When assigning LORs to various programs, ERAS states to list "up to 4 Letter of Rec" whereas if you go on many programs websites, they state specifically only 3 letters of rec.
The worry is that I've heard if you submit more than the program requests, they will accept only the first 3 listed. Others make it sound like there is a minimum of 3, inferring that more is acceptable. Any thoughts?
