Haha... just answered you a second ago on the other thread. Here it is again:

School by school listing:

Most schools will want you to cut them a check right away. Some web sites will specifically say what they want you to include with the check. I.e. name and AADSAS # on the check or on attached sheet of paper.

Some schools want supplementals downloaded and sent in now as well (Penn, UNLV). Other schools won’t send or give you a link to the supplemental until they receive your app from AADSAS (UCLA, Arizona).

Yes, each school has its own supplemental fee and some, but not all schools, have secondary applications. On AADSAS, you can look up the information for each school and it lists the supplemental fee for each school and whether it should be sent on your own after submitting your AADSAS app or whether you should wait for the school to contact you before sending the check. Even though AADSAS spells everything out for you, I still suggest you visit each school's website, because occasionally they will list a different address than what AADSAS has listed.

For the schools that tell you not to send application fee before they contact you, should you just send it anyway if your application has been sent out to them already? I've got the go ahead from three schools who have received my AADSAS application. What do you think?

thanks, great link!
so for schools that say "Send these materials to the dental school At the Same Time you send AADSAS materials:" i should send the fee without waiting for an email, right?

If it says not to send the fee until they contact you, then wait for the school to contact you before sending anything. If you get worried, you can contact them. Some schools will send you a secondary application (either via mail or email) to fill out and send back with the fee

Yes, just make sure you have your name, AADSAS ID, etc somewhere on the check or on a separate sheet you send with the check so they can link the check to your application.
