what happens if I did not hit my future hours and I need to reapply? Ex. I put that I would hit 300 hours for something over the year but got closer to 200 (had some life stuff come up).

It doesn't matter. You answer your new application honestly. Nobody is going to look back and compare your actual hours with your prior projected hours.

True, but, if someone does happen to notice, maybe it would be prudent to not be so aggressive in projecting future hours this time around. Particularly given how little weight they receive, and how it didn't really help in the prior cycle.
