Question about georgetown and postbacc

in general. If i apply in June(before i enroll in the smp), would they write me some kind of letter or something in June? How would they help me between the time that i submit amcas and the time that the school starts in august? If I do the georgetown smp, how much would i be able to take out in govt loans if i am unemployed and dont live with my parents?
