How Bad Is To Get A B In Pediatric Clerkship During My Third Year ?
This Is The Only B I Got, The Other Rotations I Got A. I Want To Applied For Surgery Rotation, This B Is Going To Affect Me?

From what i've heard, I highly doubt it. As long as your other scores are fine, boards, etc. i don't think they'll even consider this b in peds.
of crs, what do I really know, am just a third year 🙂.

A B in Peds with the rest of your grades in A!! What a disgrace!! Hang your head in shame! You are a slacker and your lazy ways will not be tolerated in the world of surgery. Consider doing all of medicine a favor by commiting hari-kari. Perhaps you will be able to snag a "pity spot" at some 4th tier rural program that is on probation due to work hour violations. Even at that, they would most likley begrudgingly accept you.

Seriously though, dude..........CHILL! One B is not the end of your pursuit of a career in surgery. You'll be able to get a spot almost anywhere. Best of luck and remember: it's only life, man.....we all get through it. Enjoy!
