Question about Graduate Leverage loan services

So I just got an email from Graduate Leverage about "debt advisory service ". I tried searching older threads, but didn't find any updated info on these guys.

Does anyone have any knowledge/experience with them? Are they for real and is it worth it?

Any info would be appreciated. I am currently about to start residency with 200k+ in loans (all of it through Direct Loans) and am not sure what my options are and what would be best to do.

there's no free lunch.. I checked out these guys' web site and can only tell that one can go through them to apply for loans. The "advisory services" section seemed questionable in that they don't say what they do.. per their web site, just contact them and then they'll explain it to you. I have a rule about firms like this.. don't touch them if they cannot be upfront about their services and fees.

Suggestion if you're considering them -- check out their services, request to see their fee schedule in writing, closely read all the fine print..question that may help others answer your question is why you may be interested in using their services? There are programs like the IBR thru the direct loan government entity (this begins I believe July of this year) that allow you to pay back the loans based on a % of your income rather than requiring you to pay a lot during residency when it'd be tough to afford big payments; suggest you check that out too.

TypicalTues, did you end up using Graduate Leverage advisory services? i tried to see if there were any reviews of that service online and couldn't find anyone that had actually paid the 450$ to see if they thought it was worth it.

Anyone use their services and found them helpful??

No idea re their advisory services, but FYI, Graduate Leverage has suspended their Residency/Relocation loan program.
