I have a question (that might be a stupid question). I am applying to schools next year and looking at average GPA and GRE scores for some schools. When the school says they require a minimum score of 20% on all sections, but have an average of 60% on all sections, does that mean 60% of questions scored correctly, or 60% percentile?
